Hench Shapes: What if Bill tried again? Some time after Euclydia he ends up in another flat dimension and tries one more time because maybe it could be different here? Builds a following, spins tales and makes all these promises about the third dimension, he's got a loyal base, genuine connections, and a better grasp of how reality interacts now, it'll *work* this time... and then it doesn't? But some of the survivors are his friends and he'll do what he takes to keep his promise to them. idk

Once he's in the Nightmare Realm, he's in the Nightmare Realm. He ain't leaving it once until Weirdmageddon except for tourist trips through the mindscape like how he visits Gravity Falls.

He can talk to other 2D universes—I've planned for him to do that since before TBOB, incorporating that actually might end up being part of the solution on the shapes—but he ain't moving to one, even temporarily.
